1. New neighborhood everyday and no repeating of routes.
2. I will forfeit the challenge if I miss a single day in week 1.
3. I will post a pic from each day, and a short blog entry.
The only goal is to improve the speed. Currently my best is 7:30 mins per mile. I hoping that by the end of the month, I can reach 6:30 mins per mile as best, and 8 mins per miles on average for a 5k.

Good luck! And make sure you don't race every day. You won't get faster that way. You should go on a three day cycle of easy, moderate, fast, easy, moderate, fast. You can't go all-out every day or you will burn out.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ben. I agree with your three day cycle suggestion, but part of the challenge is to do it everyday. I am most likely to exhaust myself, but until that happens, I will be running :)
